Ever noticed the back button on a browser works fine, but the forward button isn't one you'll get friends with soon? It's because you may want to go 'back' to a page you went back from, but your browser forgot because you're forward again. Tabbed browsing may help, but what you really need is a 2D view of the pages you've visited. Also use Ctrl+Click to 'pre-read' pages you want to visit when you're done with the current page.
